COVID-19 INFORMATION

To ensure the health and safety of our employees, clients, and their families; the office is cleaned and sanitized by a professional company weekly and face masks are mandatory inside the entryway, office, and parking lot until March. 14, 2022.

Once the restrictions have been lifted on March. 14th, the staff will continue to wear face masks with clients and continue our weekly professional cleanings. It will be the client’s discretion to wear a face mask inside the entryway and office.

For this tax season, this office will be allowing clients into the office at a limited capacity. The inside door will be locked. Please knock on the door for service. We ask that clients be patient and wait outside until the office is clear. There are two areas in the office where clients will be permitted.

We will still be offering curbside service for drop off or pick up. We encourage you to utilize the secure drop box located in our front entryway.

Starting February 28th to May 2nd, the office and drop-box hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.

Please note, your documents will be stored inside the office for 1 day before being assigned to an accountant. If you or your family is ill, especially with Covid-19 symptoms, please refrain from visiting the office or dropping documents off until your symptoms have passed.
